In China, personal finance of commercial bank will usher in a huge development opportunity with the rapid economic improvement as well as the increase of residents’ income and financial awareness. At the same time, traditional services are hard to improve profits for commercial banks dramatically, and they have gradually realized the importance of the development in personal finance to stimulate profit growth of the banks. In this environment, the market of personal financial service of our country is developing rapidly in recent years. It has played an important role for the personal financial service in increasing the income of residents, improving the financing channels and speeding up the transformation of banking etc. While there are some problems during the personal financial service rapid development, especially for different regional economic development level and income level is not balanced, which have an important effect on the development of personal financial service.The commercial bank’s personal financial service become the focus of the development of banking service with the rapid development of Zhoukou economy, who have small risk, low operation cost, stable source of revenue and pulling effect of profit growth significantly etc., it has a key role for improving the service function and accelerating financial innovation for the commercial bank. As a traditional agricultural area, there are many problems for the Zhoukou commercial bank’s personal financial service growing. These problems have the general and the individuality character, it is worth to study that how to develop the personal financial management of commercial banks in this kind of city.This paper taking the Z bank Zhoukou branch for example, accessing to relevant documents and information, the historical statistical data as the basis for analysis, combining with the actual situation of Z bank Zhoukou branch personal financial service, modern financial theory, reference to the personal financial service of commercial banks in developed countries and the successful marketing experience, In light of the local economic development and residents’ consumption concept, putting forward to promote the development of the personal financial service marketing measures and suggestions, and the personal financial service become one of the most important business to improve the profit point of growth for the Z bank Zhoukou branch.
