In the knowledge explosion and information high speed development in twenty-first Century, Therefore, in the enterprise leaders must consider the situation, according to the changing external environment, timely adjustment of the exchange of good relationship with employees, the integration of enterprise human resources, maximize the good leadership effectiveness, and lead the whole enterprise and team towards a unified goal. However, how to adjust the relationship between good under the leadership of the city.Based on the development trend, the paper mainly from the perspective of leader member exchange relationship angle, related research through a branch of leader member exchange relationship the leadership theory, to explore the effect and its influence on team performance. As the team level is the most important psychological variables, team identity is seen as a "social glue", can make the whole team to pay more attention to the similarities rather than different point, the pursuit of team goals, thus reducing conflicts, enhance cooperation, on the other hand, the team’s success depends on employees to a great extent the consciousness and spirit of dedication, team leaders need to inspire staff’s work enthusiasm, improve team member’s sense of identity, and inspire the staff have conducive to the overall performance of the team behavior. Therefore, this paper will team identity hypothesis as the leader member exchange is an important intermediate of this relationship and team performance in the mining process, this paper studies the role of objects from this angle.Combined with the analysis and sorting of literature, this paper proposes relevant hypothesis, according to these assumptions, this paper mainly use the existing literature through relevant amount of empirical test table for a preliminary empirical study, after obtaining a reliable forecast test results, and then expand the sample size, formal questionnaire and recovery, in order to obtain the formal study data. The issuance of stage in the formal questionnaire, this study through online surveys and on-site payment, mainly for the enterprise team members there are 250 questionnaires, the ultimate recovery of 215 copies, eliminate invalid questionnaire, finally got 171 effective questionnaires, a team of 60 samples. In the statistical data stage, this research uses the relevant data obtained in the effective questionnaires were sorted and analyzed SPSS and Amos statistical software, finally get the conclusion of this study: the leader member exchange relationship has a significant positive effect on team performance, at the same time, team identification as the intermediary variables played a part intermediary effect of.According to the theoretical basis and empirical research results, can prove that the unique role of leader member exchange relationship between team performance and the reality of the situation, the relevant factors influencing combination of leader member exchange relationship in order to improve team performance, this paper puts forward relevant management suggestions for the enterprises to improve the effect and quality of inter organization personal relationship, provide reference for improving the enterprises from the perspective of social exchange relationship on team performance.
