Discussion On The Mode Of County Economy Development In Henan Province

To speed up the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone is of great significance to the further implementation of the rise of the central region strategy and promoting the coordinated development of regional.The eighteenth Report pointed out the need to solve the problems of agriculture and rural farmers, promote the integration of urban and rural development, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. In recent years, the central document which stressed the need to enhance the vitality of the county’s economic development, accelerate the development of modern agriculture, and ensure food security. The county is an important carrier of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. Accelerating the development of county economy and society can effectively promote the sustained and healthy development of Henan province industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. So take this as an opportunity, this paper firstly analyzes the county economy of Henan province. The conclusions are: the economic growth of Henan province is rapid. But the overall development level is not high. The industrial structure is unreasonable.The level of urbanization is not high. Then this article analyzes the five kinds of development modes of county economy of Henan Province in a qualitative method, and clusters the 108 counties of Henan Province with using the principal component cluster analysis, and summarizes the five categories of development of different levels. Focus on the analysis of the characteristics and patterns of county economic development of the stage characteristics and spatial characteristic, finally this paper summarizes the existing problems in the pattern of county economic development of Henan province: the backwardness of agriculture development, not breaking through the traditional mode of production, unreasonableindustrial structure; the industrial development is not sustainability,recycling economy development is slow; the progress of the modern service industry is relatively slow. Then this paper analyses the influence factors of county economy development modes, and finds out the factors restricting the development pattern and promoting the development of pattern formation. Finally, according to the Henan province county economic development problems, to promote the innovation to promote the development of various types of model, the county put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
