Research On Financial Support Of New Urbanization In Gansu

Gansu Province is underdeveloped provinces in the northwest. In recent years, Gansu Province continues to adhere to the urban and rural development, improving the appearance of the cities, and enhance the overall carrying capacity of the cities to promote the development of urbanization. Gansu Province has made the outcome of urbanization cannot be ignored, but compared with the national level, there is a considerable gap to the level of urbanization in Gansu province, such as capital investment and urban scale, etc., many issues are still quite prominent, so there are far more serious development tasks in Gansu urbanization.New urbanization is one of the effective ways to continue to expand domestic demand. Facing the opportunity of the current new urbanization, Gansu Province should play advantage in achieving common development efficiency and quality of urbanization. Substantial financial support is one of the essential elements of the development of urbanization, and the shortage of financial resources in Gansu province, therefore, the process of new urbanization should focus on capital efficiency, innovating the financial needs of agricultural population transferred into "citizen", and improving the financial environment in Gansu to promote financial support for the construction of new urbanization.Based on the new urbanization connotation, Thesis analyzes the mechanism of financial support Gansu new urbanization on the basis of theoretical research. According to the status quo of new urbanization development and the financial support in Gansu, with the PCA method derived Gansu new urbanization comprehensive level, and then use a fixed effects model selected for the panel data regression, on an empirical test of the financial support of the new urbanization, according to the results of the fixed effects model, and thus conclusions and recommendations that the new urbanization should be supported by changing the concept of financial institutions, innovating the investment and financing mode of infrastructure, strengthening financial support for SMEs, playing the social security role of the insurance fund, and accelerating financial innovation and promotion of democratization. Gansu Province should use efficiently financial resources within and outside the province, to provide power for the development of new urbanization.
