Research On Financing Problems Of Cultural Tourism Industry Of QJ Culture Tourism Co. Ltd As An Example

The development of cultural tourism as a new economic growth point,and it demands for capital is also growing. Deep historical background and cultural heritage, and laid a unique cultural tourism base in Shaanxi Province. So Shaanxi has the dual advantage in culture and tourism. However, the single financing channel, the financing mode of old, inefficient problem offinancing for the development of cultural tourism industry in the future planted hidden dangers. Reasonable financing method, not only conducive to optimizing the allocation of resources, but also conducive to improving the company’s capital structure and governance structure, so as to promote the enterprise operating mechanism transformation and the increase of economic benefit. Cultural tourism is one of the most representative of the company. To solve the above problem, this paper uses QJ Culture Tourism Management Co. Ltd. as a case study, put forward to optimize the financing method of advice. First of all, this paper analysis the period of rapid development of QJ culture tourism in the life cycle, and, I combine scenic spot life cycle theory and making financing mode, and To determine the weights of factors, I score the influence factors of the financing way through the expert investigation method and the analytic hierarchy process. Last, I combine the influence factors financing way and the entropy theory, and get the financing order of the stage. Order: bank loans, bond financing, risk financing, absorbing private capital. On the basis of this research, I provide the basis for the stage financing strategy of the company.
