The Research On FL Electric Power Enterprise Performance Evaluation Based On EVA

With the rapid development of global economy,China’s economy is booming state. Is a state-owned economy as the leading country in our country,state-owned enterprises in our country plays an important role in the economic stage,therefore,the state-owned enterprise’s management idea is in constant change,continually improve its management level and management efficiency. In December 2006,state-owned assets management committee issued "interim measures for, head of the central enterprise operating performance evaluation",this "method" of central enterprises are encouraged to use EVA performance evaluation index to evaluate business performance.Assessment of state-owned assets supervision and administration of state-owned enterprises has not only confined to the traditional performance evaluation system,such as revenue and profits, but will focus to the firm’s ability to create value.Power companies in our country play a crucial role in the economic system,electric power company has provided the safeguard for the national life,is promoting the economic development of our country’s power. Our country electric power enterprise performance evaluation system has experienced three stages: the first stage is the production and safety as a core assessment indicator; At this stage in the electric power company through the index system of safety in production planning,to breakdown of company strategic objectives,build up and turn it into the performance evaluation index system in the management process,however,the phase of the performance evaluation system is not fully embody the operating performance of the electric power enterprise.The second stage is financial benefits as a core assessment indicators,this stage of the evaluation index,this phase will appraisal index of economic business "misunderstanding" and "miscalculation"; The third stage is the total profit and net assets yield is given priority to,other financial indicators is complementary,this stage performance pay attention to profit,etc.,lead to blind expansion of enterprises in the current situation of the lower capital gains. Above the stage of assessment indicators may be the cause of our country electric power company of the real value of reduced year by year,economic value added(EVA) to overcome these defects, more accurately reflects the ability to create value for power companies.Based on the discussion above,this article first to review history,EVA concept through the years domestic and foreign scholars on the study of the theory of the EVA(economic value added), clarify the relationship between EVA and performance evaluation,and explains the general EVA adjustment project,analyzes the advantages and defects of EVA performance evaluation,its advantage is to prevent distortion of accounting information,reflect the company’s real value,help the healthy sustainable development of the company. Then to FL power company existing EVA performance evaluation method as the foundation,discussed the existing problems of EVA performance evaluation,and aiming at these problems puts forward improvement FL electric power company of EVA performance evaluation method,by improving the EVA performance evaluation,the method of back of FL electric power company nearly three years of EVA value calculation,comparison and analysis the original EVA value with the improved EVA. Finally,according to the result of improvement after EVA performance evaluation method of measurement,improve FL power company EVA measures are put forward.This paper aimed to FL power company existing EVA performance evaluation methods,this thesis presents the EVA performance evaluation method in the use of FL electric power company can get perfect,promote the FL power company improvements on existing EVA performance evaluation methods,for the company to raise capital to use efficiency,improve quality of state-owned assets,set up a fair competition mechanism play a positive role.
