Currently, the rapid development of mobile Internet industry promote the online gaming industry. As the growth of smart phone market, mobile game market, there has been growth spurt in 2013. AT High-tech Co.. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AT companies) experienced this industry’s wave and got some results. But with more intense competition, AT company need more aggressive growth strategy. This paper carried this analysis and research.Firstly, do a review of the basic situation of AT company introduced. This paper using AT external environment analysis, internal environment analysis and AT company selection and implementation of the company’s strategy for clues. First, the external environment analysis. PEST analysis model using the external environment for the development company to make an analysis. The industry environment, the analysis of the market’s size, structure and business activities in the industry. Followed by quantitative analysis according to Michael Porter’s "Five Forces Model" on the AT company mobile gaming industry in which competitive environment, according to external environmental conditions AT company subsequent public, the use of an external factor evaluation matrix. Then in AT company’s internal environment analysis, first AT company with the resources analyzed, according to Michael Porter’s subsequent Porter value chain model for the company’s internal value chain analysis, the company may acquire the AT core competencies and business-critical ability, followed by the use of resources and capabilities VRIO model AT whether the company has a sustainable competitive advantage, followed by the public in accordance with the internal environmental conditions AT, using internal factor evaluation matrix quantitative analysis. After completing the analysis of the external environment and internal environment, according to the AT company’s vision and mission, the use of large matrix model and SWOT analysis model proposed alternative AT company and evaluate strategic options.Finally, according to AT company’s strategic choice to develop a strategic plan, including corporate strategy, business strategy and functional strategies in three areas, then the strategic choice of strategy involved in risk management, organizational structure and target management issues recommendations.
