This paper mainly studied the channel innovation durables high-end exhibition and marketing perspective based on. The narration and evaluation system of the present status of traditional exhibition marketing carried out, using case analysis method through the cross analysis of the relevant indicators, to carry out independent research on SHARP LCD operators in the customer information collection, collation and deepen the process of statistical results of regression applied to target market selection and product positioning, Mainly from the high-end application level guidance in durable goods brands, in the exhibition marketing channel mode and transmission mode of innovation practice.This paper introduce the exhibition marketing, precision marketing, channel innovation, precision marketing and the theory of customer relationship management as the basis, combined with the Japanese Sharp LCD market of Zhejiang new channel marketing development of case analysis, through the description and analysis of the theory and practice of the implementation model, transmission, analysis of the new channel exhibition marketing process, optimization disadvantages as well as the final result, the final completion of the new channel innovation service to establish, maintain good relationship with target customers, and the case analysis in precision marketing idea, service to enhance product awareness, reputation, enhance customer relationship management strategy customer stickiness and loyalty.
