Performance management is that managers and employees at all levels in order to achieve organizational goals to participate in the performance planning, coaching, evaluation, result applied, performance goal of ascension cycle. It is the purpose of continued ascension personal, department, and organization. At present, performance management has played an important role in enterprise management in our country.In recent years, with the transition of the economic system and the further development of market economy,many new enterprise management mode constantly emerged, which made enterprise used performance management, especially in performance management problems, more and more confused: performance management is ok or not? Although many large enterprises and even government departments had reformed in performance management, had also made some achievements. But on the whole, in the reform of our enterprise performance management, especially the construction of enterprise performance management still existed many deficiencies. We still have some gap with management mode of large-scale enterprise performance management or part of the emerging.In this paper, through analyzing the present situation of the construction enterprise performance management, the advanced experience of outstanding enterprises, explained the construction of enterprise performance management in management concept, mechanism, methods and the existing problems in operating mechanism. Qingdao surplus xin construction group co., LTD performance management as an example, the performance management of various aspects has been analysized. Finally suggestions on perfect construction enterprise performance management were supplied from the performance planning, performance coaching communication, performance evaluation, performance result applied, performance goals continuous cycle of ascension did related in this paper.
