A Study On Internet And Inclusive Financial Modes

The purpose of inclusive finance is to be able to provide comprehensive and effective financial services for all social classes and groups. Developing the nation’s inclusive financial system is the only way to deepen the reformation of the financial system, to improve the modern financial system and to support the real economy. With the rapid development of internet finance, inclusive finance and internet finance are gradually combining with each other in our nation. Since both are consistent in the concept and form, inclusive finance obtained rapid development with the massive popularity of internet finance. The paper conducts a detailed study on the four modes of internet finance in which internet finance better reflects inclusive finance, based on the basic theory of inclusive finance, and combined with the current status of the internet finance development. First of all, the paper summarizes on the relevant theories and research results of internet finance and inclusive finance, and reached the conclusion that internet finance will replace microfinance to become the main form of inclusive finance. The paper then divides inclusive finance modes’ innovation and development process into four stages by reviewing the country’s inclusive financial development history and analyzing current development, and identifies the four main modes of current internet finance according to their characteristics. Later, the paper analyzes each mode in-depth, displays each mode’s connotation and advantages, discusses the development issues of both crowdfunding and P2 P loans and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions; expounds the inclusive significance of third-party payment mode; and summarizes the various forms of online financial service modes’ innovation and future trends. Finally, the paper points out the inevitable gradual integration of the various internet and inclusive financial modes on the basis of these studies and introduces development proposals for the industry.
