| As the rapid development of the internet technology, thousands of companies are looking for the best management approach to achieve more profitability.The business information system is becoming more and more important in recent years.As the big stated-owner company in China, power plants are facing increasingly competition, how to find out their competitive advantages, many companies choose the advanced management approaches, such as Enterprise Recourse Planning(ERP).There are increasingly successful as well as failure cases in using business information system in domestic companies and abroad. Lots of enterprises are pursue their own staff based on quantity money and time, and make their effort to become the best one for using advanced management idea. ERP used by domestic power plants for about 2 decades, full with lots of success and failure. This paper will study a case in my company who make a good example in using the system, which will give us some useful idea of implementation of ERP system, tell us some main factors lead to the results of using it.The paper start with the definition and core ideas of the ERP, use the specific data and information of Jing yuan Second Power Co., Ltd to illustrate how to choose the correct style, how to design, how to implement and update it. Then analyze the importance of ERP for the company’s profits and management innovation, finally it will be concluded some useful idea in ERP application in power plant.I hope that some principles,some ideas,some key piont are helpful for many other companies for generate the power. |
