Analysis The Relationship Between The Urban Land Use Structure And Industry Structure In Leshan

Land resources is the material basis of human survive and basic data of social production and development. The social economic activities are in a certain range of land, by patterns and steric allocation of soil could affect region social economy condition, the transformation will also give the land use impact the evolution of industrial structure. The scarcity of land and city construction conflicts in China sharply, mainly concentrated in the land-use structure and industrial structure, so, research on structure connection is to advance city “double optimization” meaning.Research on structure connection of city mainly concentrated in the national; city selection also concentrated in the big cities and the eastern coastal areas, the western area limited in tibet autonomous region in our country. So, thesis choose city structure of Leshan, which in western middle cities with qualitative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analyses on data structure 2001 to 2010 of Leshan city, study development trend and inherent law, to provide basis and suggestions to promote the development of “two-izations” of Leshan city.Conclusions of research are the following:(1) Qualitative analysis of city land use structure of Leshan, from 2001 to 2010 in Leshan city, the trend of each construction land are not identical: green space, storage land, road and square land, municipal public facilities land, soil for special application of small change, fluctuation range in a few percenta points; residential land and industrial land changes a lot and the proportion decreased first and then increased; traffic land occupies compared the reduce after first; public facilities land accounted for more than has been in a rising trend. By the method of entropy analysis, Leshan city land information entropy, equilibrium degree and superiority degree increase and drop rise drop rise repeatedly change, the evolution trend of relation consistency. That Leshan city land use structure diversity is still high, land development and mature.(2)Qualitatively analysis of industrial at Leshan, analyzed the 2001 to 2010 triple industrial value added change status. Leshan three-industry structure is still “two, three, one” model 10 years, three-industry structure progress simultaneity levels with Sichuan and national,but development of the third industry is lower than the province and national level; the employment structural of the first industry and the second industry change rate in Sichuan Province with national levels, but tertiary industry is not good. By deviation of analysis, the primary industry in Leshan city in the state of the existence of hidden unemployment; explain the third industry hidden unemployment situation also happened in the industry and gradually increase.(3) By quantitative analysis association of land use structure and industry structure in Leshan city. Granger causality test shows that Leshan city and structure change in the short term is the impact of the reason for the industry structure, but the industrial change is not the reason for the change of land. By grey relational of land use and industry of two indexes at Leshan. City soil use ratio influence index with industrial change on the large residential soil ratio, storage ratio, road and square land ratio. As can be seen, the city land use structure accounted for changes to the industry structure to drive the role is very large, but the reverse is looking over the development of the industrial of the city, with dominant part of structure is not so strong, especially embodied in the diplomatic common ground.
