With the healthy, stable and rapid development of our economy and tourism, hotel industry has become a major industry. But the transformation of tourism market pattern makes the traditional structural problems of emphasizing on high-star hotels gradually stand out. The development of budget hotel is imperative. At present the demand of budget hotel market is big and it has good prospects for development.Global economic integration accelerates, which has brought the important strategic opportunity for the current Chinese economy. In China, the enterprise transformation activities of strategic transformation as the forerunner and the core have gradually become the main melody of enterprise reform. To a certain extent, enterprises’ strategic transformation needs dynamic capability and the change of the social network affects the strategic transformation of enterprises more or less. In the process of the strategy of budget hotels, they need communication and cooperation with the internal and external, which means they are in various relation networks. So the social network plays an important role in strategic transformation of budget hotels. And when budget hotels make strategic transformation, they need the intervention of dynamic capabilities to identify, obtain and reconfigure the internal and external resources.This research mainly studied the effect of social network on the budget hotel strategic transformation, and dynamic capability is the important guarantee of realizing the strategic transformation for the budget hotel and social network also affects the dynamic ability level. In this article, therefore, on the basis of sorting, generalizing and summarizing predecessors’ research, discusses the effect of social network on strategic transformation, and further studies on the intermediary effect mechanism of dynamic capabilities between social network and strategic transformation. It constructs the theoretical model and analyzes the logical relationship between those three variables and studies on the effect of social network on budget hotel strategic transformation, the effect of social network on dynamic capabilities, the effect of dynamic capabilities on strategic transformation and the mediated relation of dynamic capability and puts forward theoretical hypotheses. This paper makes the empirical analysis through the data collected by questionnaire and concludes that the budget hotel dynamic capability has partial intermediary effect for social network and strategic transformation and verifies the effect among those three. Through the study of this article, we also obtain the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to have a reference for the budget hotel development. |
