The Research Of The Development Of Rural Credit Cooperatives Informationization Countermeasures

Since 1940’s, the computers have been invented, the development of information technology was growing fast. Especially in the 1990’s, the invention and popularization of the Internet application,was changing, and even subvert the people’s life style. Informatization was the major strategy of our country in 21 century. At present, each industry departments of our country is setting off the upsurge of informatization.The banks of our country,as the core Department of the national economy, has been a pioneer and the beneficiaries of the information technology.They use the information technology to improve the financial products、 services、internal workflows and decision-makings. The information technology industry make the banks to be the core of the modern economy.Rural Credit Cooperatives, as the main force of rural financial service, shouldering the mission of serving rural areas. But due to historical reasons, rural credit cooperative’s informatization level,compared to state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks, is lag behind obviously. Which weakened the competitiveness of Rural Credit Cooperatives in the financial market to a certain extent, restricts the development of Rural Credit Cooperatives.This paper mainly uses the literature research method, comparative analysis method and investigation. It analysed the informatization construction of Rural Credit Cooperatives of Fujian Province, find the problems of informatization of Rural Credit Cooperatives of Fujian Province, and combined with the theory of informatization construction and the domestic and foreign financial institutions in the advanced experience, put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions of informatization construction of Rural Credit Cooperatives of Fujian Province, also provides the reference for the information construction of other Rural Credit Cooperatives.The full paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background,the significance of the research, the applied research ideas,the research methods and the organization chart of the paper. It introduces the thesis research of global informatization construction and situation. The second chapter is the summarization of the bank informatization. This chapter is the theoretical support of the full paper. It introduces the bank informatization of the domestic and foreign, which provides the theoretical basis for the full paper. The third chapter introduces the current situation of the informationization of Rural Credit Cooperatives of Fujian Province. The fourth chapter analysis the main problems existing in the informationization of Rural Credit Cooperatives of Fujian Province; The fifth chapter put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions of the informationization of Rural Credit Cooperatives of Fujian Province. The sixth chapter is a conclusion, this chapter makes a summary of this paper, introduces the researching productions and the insufficient of this paper.
