This study aims to present situation with regard to the employees’ satisfaction abroad and the relationship between the grid leadership and cognitive style based on the systematic carding and summary of these literatures. Using systematic random sampling method to several enterprises in Guangdong Province, a total of 262 employees for the study questionnaire. Investigate the current status of job satisfaction of knowledge workers, discussion the relationship between job satisfaction and leadership style, psychological contract in knowledge workers. Clarify the leadership style on the role of intermediary in the psychological contract job satisfaction of the internal mechanism aimed at promoting construction and improvement of knowledge workers job satisfaction theoretical system, thus provide some educational value for enterprises and other organizations, and some certain guidance for its management.The results of this study showed that:First: the overall situation of job satisfaction within knowledge workers is better, especially in the working relationship between job satisfaction and satisfaction itself reached a relatively high level.Second: knowledge workers with different gender have differences in job satisfaction, mainly reflected in the work itself satisfaction, work reward satisfaction, job relationship satisfaction and organizational management satisfaction. Knowledge workers with different ages and different lengths have differences in job satisfaction, are mainly in the satisfaction of job itself. Various positions of knowledge workers have differences in job satisfaction, are mainly in the satisfaction of job itself and its returns.Third: there is a close correlation between job satisfaction of knowledge workers and leadership style; leadership style can be predicted to some extent, employee job satisfaction. There is a positive correlation between leadership style in two dimensions(Care Dimension and structural dimensions) and employee job satisfaction in four dimensions(the work itself satisfaction, work reward satisfaction, job relationship satisfaction and organizational management satisfaction).Fourth: there is a correlation between job satisfaction of knowledge workers and psychological contract. There is a significant positive related within three dimensions of psychological contract(development of environment-type and transaction type) and four dimensions of job satisfaction(satisfaction with the work itself, work reward satisfaction, job relationship satisfaction and organizational management satisfaction).Fifth: the psychological contract has an intermediary role in shaping leadership style and job satisfaction: the psychological contract plays a part intermediary role between the care dimension and job satisfaction and psychological contract plays a part intermediary role between care dimension and job satisfaction.
