The Green Mining Construction Research With The System Theory

From 2010 to 2014, China had elected 671 "national green mining pilot units" successively. Now green mining is a new thinking pattern of the mineral resources management under the new circumstances and a new concept of the mining enterprises sustainable development. Under this background, the paper is devoted to develop a generality green mining construction path to provide guidance and reference for the green mining construction of mining enterprises, so as to further promote the green mining construction and speed up the green mining development.Firstly, summarize the research achievements of the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the green mining construction and make clear of the research purposes and contents.Secondly, make the definition of green mining and system theory and summarize the related theory research.Thirdly, the author puts forward the concept of green mining system theory and divides it into four primary subsystem, which is ecological system, social system, economic system, guarantee system, and 13 secondary subsystem and 29 third-level subsystem, getting the green mine system analysis table on the basis of analysis and research of every subsystems.Fourthly, take the Feng Tai oil shale mine as an example and make the empirical research on the green mining system theory. Analyze the present green mining construction situation of the Feng Tai oil shale mine with the green mining system theory concept from every subsystems and get the green mining system analysis table of the Feng Tai oil shale mine.Finally, combined with the theoretical research and empirical analysis on the green mining system theory, the author comes up with four problems and the corresponding solutions during the green mining construction of the Feng Tai oil shale mine. The four problems are improving the geological disaster monitoring and warning system, low attention to community system, increasing the mining energy saving measures and lack of the green mining organizations. The corresponding solutions are the construction of the digital geological disaster monitoring and warning system, the close attention to social system requirements and implement corporate social responsibility, formulating the measures of saving energy and reducing consumption and establishing green mining organizations.The conclusion is as follows: first, the concept of green mining system is proposed for the first time; Second, get the green mining system theory analysis table; Third, get the green mining system analysis table of the Feng Tai oil shale mine; Fourth, find the Feng Tai oil shale mine problems that exist in the green mining construction and put forward the corresponding solutions.
