From the point of view of global financial markets, the financial industry competition is more and more serious, the commercial banks by non bank financial institutions and counterparts at home and abroad instead of challenges on the traditional business. The competition between banks is not only limited in scale and business competition, more is reflected in the competitive service. Competition is the key to the core competitiveness, the core competitiveness of commercial banks is that it provides the service standards, stability, is to meet the degree of Bank of the increasingly complex market demand, adapt to the development of the history of the requirements to become commercial banks by the transformation of network consensus.In recent years, in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the domestic and foreign banks, domestic commercial banks have accelerated the process of transformation, from the business outlets and the transformation process of the hardware, and business management system reform, the implementation of professional management, improve the network operation efficiency and competition ability.
