Research On Spatial Pattern Between Housing And Employment In Luzhou City

With the development of social economy and the process of urbanization, urban spatial structure organization framework is change, residential and employment as animportant part ofurban spatial structure, can directly reflects the pattern of living andindustrial,also determines the structure of city space. Therefore, more and more scholars start withthe formation mechanism of urban spatial structure from the spatial patterns of residence and employment, most of the study base on macroscopicscale or local scale, only few of the research lay on microscopic scales. So with the above-mentioned background, the study explore the formationmechanismof urban spatial structure with individual micro data,and on this basis simulate the evolution of the living and employment spatial pattern, analyze the spatial relationship between them, in order to put forward some suggestions on the urban spatial planning and industrial planning, hoping to create a better environment for residents to live and employment, to build a more rational urban spatial pattern of urban development.Liuzhou as an important trade and logistics center of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, and the important aviation and shipping port city in upper reaches of the Yangtze, faces enormous opportunities and challenges in the future process of development, therefore in this paper we selected Liuzhou as the study area. First, the process of data preprocessing; secondly, by use the relevant standard or text as a basis for house building classification, and construct a matching relationship between statistical data and construction purposes;third,combination basis of house building classification and various types of spatial data to divided the house building, then use the matching relationship between statistical data and construction purposes to achieve micro-individual data as; Fourth, based on the inversion results combined Urbanism model system, explore the mechanisms for spatial pattern of living and employment of LuZhou, simulate the spatial pattern of urban developmentfrom2010 to 2015.The results show that:the formation of living spatial patterns is mainly composed of the price of land, living environment, transportation distribution formed; the enterprise aggregation effect, the degree of transportation convenient and non-residential land space for enterprises are all play a key role for the formation of spatial patterns of employment, in addition, the effect of policy guidance have a great difference for different enterprises; combine the simulation results with job-housing match index analysis spatial relation between job and housing, the results show that in the central area and industrial park job and housing showing unbalanced, and others show a more balanced relationship, therefore the government should efforts to support the infrastructure construction while increase the policy support of industrial development, attract employment living nearest, to improve job and housing unbalance phenomenon in and surround industrial park.
