Natural ecosystems are the foundation of human existence and social development, which not only provides us with different kinds of material goods, but also offers a variety of intangible products and services. Now, with the rapid economic development, serious damage to natural ecosystems, resource depletion, energy shortages and other issues so that we must re-examine the relationship between man and nature, in order to achieve sustainable development. This requires the social production process must break the existing old mode of production, carry out a green revolution. Therefore, we need to provide environmental information to the information users, accounting and supervision the value information of social green production process, to help them make decisions. Traditional financial accounting is unable to meet this requirement, it must rely on the theory and methods of environmental accounting. In this paper, accounting for farmland ecosystems, research work is as follows:(1) The environmental accounting and decision theory provides a useful practical significance of environmental accounting information; the theoretical framework of accounting in the environment, the use of energy value analysis assesses ecosystem service value of which is the innovation of this study.(2) Based on the findings Odum et al., Using Emergy analysis method accounting value of the energy inputs and outputs circumstances Xuzhou farmland ecosystems. Calculate the value of ecosystem services in Xuzhou lot of farmland ecosystem in 2013 Emergy investment value of $ 1.16 ×109, contains. Eco-service value overall growing trend, an increase from 2005 to 2013 amounted to 12.81% between the average annual growth rate of 1.60 percent.(3) the establishment of Emergy evaluation system, including the net energy yield, emergy investment ratio, environmental loading ratio, sustainable development index and other indicators, evaluation of sustainable utilization of farmland ecosystem in Xuzhou city services. According to the results concluded that: Xuzhou farmland ecosystem is currently attributed to consumption systems, unsustainable development of the state.(4) For the problem Xuzhou farmland ecosystem was currently facing, the corresponding improvement measures. Through the development of green agriculture, improve environmental protection laws and regulations, increased government subsidies, strengthening market development guidance and other ways to improve the current situation was not sustainable in farmland ecosystem.
