| China’s textile & garment markets’ development and growth are almost synchronized with the reform and opening up, as commodity exchange places, professional markets are well suited for each period policies and economic environments in our country reform and then have formed a large scale of development. The development of professional markets promoted the rise of small and medium-sized enterprises, improved the markets’ economy activity. At the same time, the professional market which keeps continus activity attracting a large number of related enterprises to transfer and gather in a regional area, we call these aggregates the industrial cluster. Going forward,Industrial cluster often can improve the efficiency of enterprise production and finally promote the development of regional economy. Thus, from the theoretical analysis of t textile & garment market’s effects on industrial cluster and industrial cluster’s effects on regional economy, use empirical study to test this hypothesis and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions combined with data. All above have certain practical significance in promoting a certain regional industry cluster and the sustainable economy growth in Shanghai area.This study will have a research from three aspects of the textile & garment market, industry cluster and regional economy, recognize textile & garment market and regional economy as the main research object, industrial cluster as the intermediary variable to study the relationship between each other. This study try to use literature review, expert interviews and other methods to determine textile & garment market, industrial cluster and regional economy development’s respectively influence factors. According to their influence factors to establish evaluation index system and establish textile & garment market, industrial cluster, regional economy as the main trunk of structural equation model and carry on the empirical analysis.This research subjective evaluation data was mainly based on the concerned expert scoring and the questionnaire survey, firstly we issued 50 questionnaires in the process of pre investigation and made use of SPSS20.0 to do factor analysis, reliability and validity test of survey data, then taking this as the standard and excluding 6 measuring indicators which does not meet the test and establishing a preliminary structural model. Again, using SPSS to do the above analysis of the acquired data, the test results strongly demonstrate the validity and authenticity of the questionnaire. At last, doing path analysis and fit tests of the measurement model and the structural model by SPSS.20 again, comparing the output results with inspection standards and then modifying the model to get a good adaptation of the structural model, namely the relation model of textile and garment market, industrial cluster and the regional economy. From the empirical analysis, this paper finds that the coefficient of textile & garment market effecting on industrial cluster is 0.91, and industrial cluster on regional economy is 0.93, that means results verify hypothesis relationships between the three of them.According to each path coefficients, we can establish appropriate thresholds and rent,formulate the related support policies, match good infrastructure, improve Managers’ service, marketing and cooperative ability, rational planning market layout, increase investment in knowledge-based industries to promote the development of industry cluster, we can also detailed division of labor, integrate industrial chain, attract small and micro enterprises, increase investment in infrastructure, focus on building financial institutions, strengthen ties between enterprises, improve R & D capabilities to promote the development of regional economy. |
