With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, combined with the big population base, the development potential of cruise industry in China is tremendous. The importance of the cruise industry in the national economy of our country has become increasingly prominent. With the vigorous development of the cruise industry, the demand for cruise talent is growth spurt.Cruise shortage of talent,talent gap with the international cruise have become an important factor on restricting China ’s economic development cruise.More and more foreign cruise companies have stationed in China, and a large number of cruise ships have enter the Chinese market.With accompanying cruise operations management is a serious shortage of talent, especially a greater impact on the future of China to establish the localization of the cruise.Construction of cruise operations management personnel is to develop a comprehensive cruise talent market demand on the one hand, for the needs of society from the quality and quantity.
