Cruise went into China as an emerging industry, more and more Chinese people like it. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, combined with the big population base, the development potential of cruise industry in China is tremendous. The importance of the cruise industry in the national economy of our country has become increasingly prominent. With the vigorous development of the cruise industry, the demand for cruise talent is growth spurt.Cruise shortage of talent,talent gap with the international cruise have become an important factor on restricting China ’s economic development cruise.More and more foreign cruise companies have stationed in China, and a large number of cruise ships have enter the Chinese market.With accompanying cruise operations management is a serious shortage of talent, especially a greater impact on the future of China to establish the localization of the cruise.Construction of cruise operations management personnel is to develop a comprehensive cruise talent market demand on the one hand, for the needs of society from the quality and quantity. On the other hand,is to build up a talent and social demand docking mechanism, to achieve the goal of men.The paper is divided into seven parts:The first part introduces the research background,significance,research content,methods and main innovation;The second part is about the analysis of cruise industry development, supply and demand in the international cruise market,cruise operations management personnel; The third part is to analyze the training mode of cruise operations management personnel,comparing the training mode between Shanghai and abroad,concluding current predicament trainpersonnel;The fourth part is the study of supply and demand issues for cruise operations management personnel,as Shanghai a sample;The fifth part is research from two areas:the cruise talent supply and social demand,college and enterprise level both supply and demand docking mechanism;The sixth is the supply and demand docking mechanism based on the Shanghai University of Engineering Science;The seventh part is the conclusion of this article,expounding the results and the shortcomings of this study.
