Therefore, the rural finance is an important method of improving the level of rural economic and social harmonious, a safeguard system of promoting modern agriculture development, a focus of academic and theoretical research. To explore the relationship between rural finance and rural economic growth is significant to rural economic growth.This paper chooses Heilongjiang Province as research region, treat rural finance and rural economic growth as main study object. Based on analysis of data, using methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to dialectic analysis the relationship between rural finance and rural economic growth. On the basis of clear concept and characteristics of rural finance,expounding the theories of rural finance and rural economic growth and also how the system works.It analyzes the currently situation of development of rural economic growth from the aspect of supply and demand in Heilongjiang Province, and takes economic aggregate, economic structure,basic institution and income of farmer as the view to analyze current situation of economic growth in Heilongjiang Province. Choosing Heilongjiang Province 1900-2012 annul data, using co integration test, Granger causality test, VAR model to explore the dialectical relationship between rural finance and rural economic growth.
