The Research About Service People In Finance Lease Company

In resent years, finance lease transactions have become the second financing channel with its gradual rise of amount. For the fact that leasing industry staying in the initial stage, it seems hard to chase after the rapid growth of economy after the reform and open. By up to the end of 2013, the amount of lease finance companies given permission by Commerce Department and SAT has reached 123, whose registered capital add up to 56 billions approximately. Lease finance companies distribute in developed areas like cities along the sea lines and most of them concentrate in Beijing.Because manpower resource is the most important resource in the finance lease, it become the core resource in contend of lease finance companies. It is the management level of manpower strategy and how to play the role of manpower in company’s running correctly which decide the competitive capacity and superiority of a lease finance company.In this paper, according to the questionnaire we inspect the reason of business personnel loss in lease finance companies by factor analysis, and investigate the situation of the same group in lease finance companies by descriptive statistical analysis. In addition we verify how the factors such as sex, age, native place and family status affect the business personnel loss by independent-samples T test and one-way analysis of variance. We do the research in SPSS17.0.We make the conclusion as follows:(1) the business man in the lease finance company feel disappointed and be eager for another job.(2) The main factors which make a decision in leaving office are payment, career planning and training, while sex and age make no sense.(3) The lease service which the man offer is related to the business personnel loss.As the conclusion, we make some suggestions to solve the business personnel loss in finance lease:(1) share remittance system should be more fair and reasonable.(2) Performance appraisal system should be more rational and advanced.(3) Enterprise culture should be more excellent.(4) Company should make a more effective staff-loss system;(5) Improve the constraint mechanism of labor contract.
