The new technological revolution is taking the 21 st century into a new era of knowledge economy gradually, and intangible resources have achieved rapid development. Enterprises participate in competition relying on intangible assets obtain long-term profit. The management of intangible assets have become the focus of current research and development companies.In this paper,it applies the theoretical of intangible assets value management,focuses on the problems of intangible assets value management of L company.And the study focuses primarily on the intangible assets value management in the core of intangible assets valuation,This paper mainly discusses and assess the problems of the L company’s current intangible assets value management.On the basis of drawing on the existing accounting theory and practical research,through field investigation and data access and analysis,to obtain more comprehensive data and to find out the problems,and finally find the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help the company to be better to play the role of intangible assets.This paper studies involving economics,management,financial management and other related disciplines theory.During the study,it combines the normative analysis with the empirical analysis,combines the dynamic with static study,combines the macro with micro,and combines the theory with the practice,hoping the conclusions of the L company can play active role to optimize the intangible assets value management...
