Internal Control System Design Of Container Yard Operations Of QDPL Company Based On Business Process

From the strategic level, the value is the goal, process management is the means, and the internal control is the key in the enterprises. At present, the domestic enterprises to gradually introduce modern enterprise management concepts, pay more attention to process management, and actively seek the innovation of management, the implementation of business process reengineering. However, the synchronization of internal control management innovation is often unsatisfactory enterprises need a good way to solve this problem.Based on the former research achievements in process management and process reengineering theory, internal control theory and stakeholder theory, putting forward questions, analyzing problems, solving problems, the effect evaluation method, the internal control system of container business of QDPL company as the research object the use of survey research methods, starting from the analysis of station rebuilding business process, to carry out a detailed investigation of the internal control system construction. Through the analysis of the survey results, the exchange of information between the nodes of QDPL company and the interests of stakeholders in the process as a starting point of internal control and the control points, and then in the business process is embedded in the internal control process, from the internal control processes to achieve internal processes of transformation, improve enterprise management level in the internal control.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, significance, ideas, methods and framework, the present research situation of the theory of internal control at home and abroad and the process management, stakeholder, puts forward the main innovation points. The second chapter, the main control of enterprises and the internal interests within the business process management and related theory are summarized, and the process control of ideas and interests role in internal control are discussed. The third chapter, mainly through the methods of document analysis and questionnaire survey, to understand the current status of QDPL company’s internal control system, to explore the main causes of out of control case, put forward the idea of process control. The fourth chapter, based on the second, three chapter, according to the characteristics of QDPL company, using business process control. The method for container yard of QDPL company internal control system optimization scheme is proposed, and the implementation of the scheme evaluation. The fifth chapter summarizes the whole study, put forward problems and future research.
