H Science Park is mainly responsible for ministrative area of the information Park, Science Park, creative industrial park planning, construction and management, and through the integration of various resources in there gion, cultivate new industry characteristics. Because H Science Park daily work usually contact with business, the quality of management and service, will not only affect the economy, enterprise development direction, will also affect the image of district government. With the continuous development of regional economy, enterprises from the previous one-way obey government arrangement, and the government into active cooperation, mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit, which can effectively promote the healthy development of the whole economy at the same time, also put forward higher requirements on the government’s management and service. H Science Park is put forward the "customer oriented" service management idea in the new situation, the enterprise is customers of H science and Technology Park, but also to evaluate their management and service level.Research on customer satisfaction of H science and Technology Park, can understand accurately the enterprise satisfaction, customer demand, confirm the management and service quality and which is recognized by the enterprise, which need to be improved. Therefore, to promote regional economic development, enterprise cooperation and enhance the image of the government, improve the credibility of the government has an important practical significance.For the study of the H Science Park customers, customer demand, customer satisfaction and other aspects, theoretical and empirical research on integrated, statistical analysis and other methods, from the perspective of marketing economics, constructs the measurement index system of customer satisfaction in H Science Park, the customer of H Science Park satisfaction survey data, qualitative and quantitative analysis, explores the key factors influencing satisfaction, in the process of management and service in the service management status.The definition of H science and Technology Park customers, the customer oriented, customer demand, customer satisfaction and other related concepts and theories, constructs H Science Park model of customer satisfaction, the influence factors of H science and Technology Park customer satisfaction analysis, the 5 structural variables satisfaction model, customer expectations, respectively. Customer perceived quality, customer satisfaction, customer complaints, customer loyalty. Through the design of the questionnaire,5 scale to make quantitative analysis on the satisfaction index of the use of text; H Science Park-enterprise customer satisfaction survey, and the result of quantitative analysis:to understand H science park existing management service level, the more the existing problems, and put forward to improve H Technology Park customer satisfaction, suggestions and opinions.
