In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the core competitiveness of the enterprises. The companies are increasingly focusing on knowledge management and the most important part of knowledge management is knowledge sharing. It’s the same to the their employees that knowledge is their core competitiveness while working. As a result, it’s a key and inevitable issue to discuss how to get the knowledge from the employees and how to encourage and raise their wilingness to share their knowledge. This research is about the from relationship between organizational climate and intention to knowledge sharing, and subjective norms how to do with them, from the perspective of how to improve employee knowledge sharing willingness.In this research, we use literature review and questionnaire survey to study the relationships among the organizational climate, the subjective norms, and the knowledge sharing intention. In the research, we use a maturity scale and collecte the total of 199 valid questionnaires. We use SPSS to verfy the reliability and validity of the scale and AMOS to do the confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model testing to verify the hypothesis proposed.According to our results, we make some conclusions:(1) the better the atmosphere of fair, innovative and affiliation an organization has, the stronger intention its empolyees have to share their knowledge; (2) The stronger their subjective norm is, the stronger knowledge sharing intention a employee has; (3)The subjective norm is the intermediary variable, partially mediating the relationship between the organizational climate and the knowledge sharing intention. (4) The fair and affillity atomersphere is significantly postitive related to the emplopees’motivation to comply but the innovative climate has no impact.
