In this paper the author specializing in bank advisory work, have operational experience field projects and more extensive understanding of the operation and management of the relevant bank, still in the dominant position of imperfect competition situation of agriculture in the county financial market, and the County Agricultural Bank of China are facing "three rural" customer groups, but also makes the bank competitive strategy must be carried out the difference with the developed regions, the author use field project operation experience, belongs to the typical county in the operation of ABC Chongqing Branch Branch (hereinafter referred to as the state Chang zhou state bank) as the research object, according to the theory of strategy management, choose centralized competitive strategy for state Chang Agricultural Bank of China, and to determine the strategic objectives and strategic focus, finally, proposed the implementation of measures and the corresponding protection measures for the competitive strategy.This thesis is composed of seven chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, briefly introduced the background and significance of the topic, and the statement of the theory method and analysis tools used in the thesis, this chapter finally introduces the research ideas and the framework; the second, some basic concepts of bank industry described in the first section, respectively after the development of competitive strategy theory of enterprise strategy theory, the formation and main characteristic has made the statement, the fourth section introduces the latest development of strategic theory; the third chapter use PEST analysis model, Potter’s five forces model analysis of the macro environment, industry environment respectively on the research object and competitive environment the fourth chapter is analysis; analysis of the research object’s internal environment from two aspects of resource and ability; the fifth chapter use SWOT analysis method, the research object’s advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats are analyzed, and then combined to build a SWOT strategy matrix, the third chapter, the research object is both competitive strategy, three basic competitive strategies of feasibility analysis, the final choice of centralized competitive strategy as the object of study; the sixth chapter according to the prior to the internal and external environment analysis and SWOT strategy combination, develop a specific competitive strategy implement measures and safeguard measures as the object of study; the seventh chapter is the conclusion, the content and the logic of this thesis is summarized, and separately points out the deficiencies and the highlight possible.
