China’s wind power industry market potential is huge, but the competition is fierce, the profit rate is low, the wind power manufacturing enterprises need to seek new profit model. In this paper, through the study on the enterprise intern value chain analysis of the wind power manufacturing, analyse the optimization model of wind turbine manufacturing enterprise value chain. Through the case study of JD company service scheme based on value chain optimization, we put forward opinions and suggestions for the wind power manufacturing enterprises to realize the transformation and upgrading of value.This paper uses the theory of inductive analysis method, survey method, case analysis method to make a in-depth exploration and research on the value chain of wind power manufacturing extension. This paper first reviews the theory of value chain and introduces the relevant background of the wind power industry, according to the actual situation of JD company, JD company’s value chain analysis of the structure; then, according to the analysis of JD company’s value chain, we points out the existing problems in the value chain of JD company, and put forward ideas about JD company value chain extension; we use PEST analysis, and SWOT analysis pointed out that the JD company’s competitive strengths and weaknesses, the feasibility analysis of JD company’s value chain extension, to provide support for the JD company to implement service strategy. Then based on the value chain reconstruction, we propose JD company as a service solutions to enhance competitive advantage to carry out a detailed scheme. Then we analyse the structure of service system of JD company from the organizational structure adjustment, internal process design, performance optimization and organizational culture transformation in four aspects; analysis of operation and maintenance service scheme of JD company’s internal value from two aspects of basic value activities and auxiliary value; finally, the strategic target, the customer groups positioning and expected return analysis.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1) Wind power manufacturing enterprises in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. Wind power as the representative of green low carbon industry, is one of the relatively mature renewable energy technology industry at present. The wind power equipment enterprises should be fully aware of the current industry development opportunities, especially in the fierce competition in the market today, wind power equipment market from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market, put in front of the wind power equipment enterprise urgent problem is how to develop the market, looking for new profit growth point.(2) wind power operational service market will be an important market in the future of wind power industry. According to the study,we found that wind power operational service market will be an important market in the future of wind power industry, whose market value is expected to reach 20 billion by 2020, wind power manufacturing enterprises which enter the wind power operational service market first can help enterprises to realize new profit point, and promote the development of enterprises.(3) JD the company needs to extend the existing value chain in order to enhance its competitive advantage. According to the research of JD company’s value chain in this paper, in the current market environment and the enterprise’s own management and technology conditions, JD company should concentrate its advantage resources to realize the value chain extension and transfer from products to maintenance services, enhance its competitive advantage.(4) Operational service of JD company provides to reference for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing enterprises. JD’s value chain extension scheme of operational service should take its technology as core competitiveness, provide high quality service, provide customers with perfect solutions, then JD company can consolidate its market position and have a new development.On the whole, operational service plan of JD company can be provide theory and practice basis for the entire wind power industry. So this paper has the doublemeaning of theory and practice.
