In recent years, Top management team gender diversity has become a focus in the studies of corporate govemance. Research on the relationship between top management team gender diversity and corporate performance has not formed a unified understanding, The gap between them as well as the lack of bringing in moderators to make further researches has drawn our attention. Based on the resources dependence perspectives, we examine the differential effects of Top management team gender diversity on s corporate performance and also examine the moderating effect of organizational goal orientation.This paper reviews and summarizes top management team gender diversity and organizational goal orientation by the relevant literature both at home and abroad.This paper constructs the oretical models and research hypothesis according to related theories. Based on the real data, this paper uses descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis method to test the hypotheses.The paper verifys top management team gender diversity as well as the relationship between its antecedents and outcome variables.And to further explore the regulatory effect of organizational learning goal orientation, organizational performance approach orientation and organizational performance avoid orientation.The results reveal that top management team gender diversity has a remarkable positive effect on corporate finance performnce, The higher levels of top mangement team gender diversity is, the higher the corporate finance performance. The results also indicates that the organizational learning goal orientation was positively, whereas organizational performance approach goal orentation and orgnizational performance avoidance goal orentation were negatively, related to the relations of top management team gender diversity and coporate finance performance.
