Fujian Province is located in the Southeast of China, east across the Taiwan Strait,near to the Zhejiang Province, Jiangxi Province, Guangdong Province and connected with WUYI Mountains.Fujian has a land area of 121,400 square kilometers, of which, mountains, hills account for 80% of land, sea area 136,300 square kilometers, with Fuzhou Bay, Xiamen Bay, MEIZHOU Bay, SHACHENG Harbor, SANDUAO and many other natural harbor. Fujian province’s total electricity consumption in 2007 has exceeded 100 billion kwh. Fujian received steady economic development in recent years, the industry had significant growth in electricity consumption. The agricultural production develops stably, industrial production grew rapidly, and service industry is accelerating development. In terms of geographical area rich in Fujian port resources, port economy is strongly rising.With the rapid development of society and economy and the rapid growth of electricity demand, nationwide electricity shortage contradictions remain be outstanding, electricity supply shortage has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the national economy. Implementation the management measures of demand side to alleviate tensions running power grid situation, optimizing the use of resources and improving the overall social benefits has become an urgent issue to be face to. The problem should be the important considerations of the development process when power company mining customer resources, making marketing strategies need.
