Since the end of 20th century, in order to advance their core-competitiveness and integrate comparative advantages all the world, multinational enterprise from developed countries have divided productive process of their end products into different sessions. So the production sites have scattered into different countries of the world. This phenomenon can be called International Vertical Specialization, which is the most marked feature of new economic globalization. Because of international vertical specialization characterized by fragmented production and slicing of the value chain, the structure of supply network is more and more complex, and the supply chain also becomes more and more fragile. Global supply chain disruption caused by all kinds of reasons have a tremendous impact on the world countries in economy, politics and other terms.Using the method of combining qualitative analysis with case study, this paper deeply analyses the reasons, the mechanism and the harm of supply chain disruption from three aspects of external circumstance, industry circumstance and internal operating circumstance of enterprise. Then, in the study background of the supply chain of HUAWEI company, using quantitative analysis of vaguely comprehensive evaluation, the paper indentifies, measures and evaluates the supply chain disruption risk. At last, the paper makes recommendations for Chinese international companies to evade the disruption risk, makes conclusions of the shortcomings of paper and points out the direction of further research.
