Product quality is a key to success of any brand. That’s why a brand product is always followed by value, quality, satisfaction and guarantee. Brand marketing is a major factor in order to establish any brand and a firm status in society.According to the diploma title I did alcohol and beer market research. As I’ve studied, domestic product especially, APU company beer brand’Borgio’engaged majority of the market and it is shown in graphic research. Also based on theories and practices, how they met the desire of customers, not losing loyal customers and expanding their consumer markets are shown by the research. I intended to study APU, Mongolian first food industry, company’s 90 years industrial success and today’s Mongolian Alcoholic beverage market demand and possibilities.As for APU company it established their status and various types of brands. APU company capability to produce alcohol, beer, water and drinks have reached international standard and studied more available possibilities. You can see total number of products they produce and what status the engage in Mongolian market from the research work. It produces 6 types of beers, which provide about 70 percent of domestic demand and exports to Russia and Germany. It shows that the company is one of the few companies which export Alcoholic beverages to foreign markets. Also the main title of the research Borgio beer is the very first manufactured beer in Mongolia and APU company is the leading beer in total amount of production and sale. That’s why Borgio beer is especially chosen and studied.The main leverage of success of Borgio brand, standing up against social crisis and expanding customers, is human resource policy, right policies of strategy and marketing, partnership and cooperation with internationally admitted companies.
