Study On Influencing Factors Of Trade Liberalization

In August 2013, Shanghai trade has established, investment trade liberalization, currency exchange and a series of financial freedom, self-commerce services not only bring ordinary investors, buyers or a new direction analyst much profit,but also to welfare enterprises,they would also finding much profit.what is the FTA, How trade liberalization affect enterprises in the international and domestic markets competitiveness,and what the impact mechanismin the background of the first anniversary of the establishment of a free trade zone in Shanghai occasion, this paper studied the factors affecting of the FTA to the processing trade enterprises competitiveness.The argument in this paper is to study the impact of trade liberalization on the factors of processing trade enterprises competitive rates, processing trade enterprises as econometric model to study.This paper were selected tariff indicators to reflect trade liberalization as the main independent variable, industrial structure, capital-intensive degree and processing and assembly of foreign investment as a secondary independent variable, the added value of processing trade as the main dependent variable, the added value of general trade, trade competition and comparative advantage index as the dependent variable. Before regression analysis, the first process is the unit root test, co-integration and error correction model diagnostic test, Granger causality test to verify the validity of the data, and then use GMM regression analysis of Chinese import tariffs in China during the 1991-2012 year conduct impact on the added value of processing trade, empirical research, and using SPSS regression tool to expand the study, using survival analysis to study the time of entering exposed market at different degrees of trade liberalization.The results showed that:(1) under the industrial division of the background, by way of tariff concessions, Chinese processing trade will increase the competitiveness of enterprises; the proportion of the added value of the second and tertiary industry in GDP is more and more, enterprises competitiveness of processing trade would stronger and stronger; foreign investment caused technology and knowledge Spillover benefits and promoted the improvement of the processing trade competitiveness; the more capital-intensive industries, the less labor-intensive industries, processing trade enterprises in Chinese overall competitiveness have a positive role in promoting. (2) Trade liberalization has contributed significantly to the export processing trade enterprises to participate exported marketthe higher the degree of liberalization of the industry, the shorter period of time from non-exporters to export enterprises.
