Empirical Study Of Factors Affecting Employee Information Security Behavior

With the rapid development of internet technology and the coming of information era, great changes have taken place in human production and life style as well as the production and operation of enterprise. Some new type enterprises come out of the age, such.as electronic business enterprise. At the same time, the enterprise information security is grappling with unprecedented crises and severe challenges which come from the external and internal factors. This means that losses could occur if the important documents, data and other information disclose or missing, even may threaten the survival of an enterprise. Therefore, Safeguarding and improving information security is an important part for enterprise operation.It is observed that the vast majority of literature from a technology perspective to analyze enterprise information security according to literature review. However, with the development of science and technology, the enterprise information security events are less and less for technical reasons but the man-made factors. This is because that the main body of information operation are the enterprise employees no matter what form of enterprise, so it is very necessary that from the aspect of enterprise employees’ information security behavior to study the causes of enterprise information security events. Meanwhile, from non-technical aspect to study how to enhance the enterprise information safety as well as protect the enterprise information security will be a research focus in the future.The article briefly introduces the background of improve enterprise information security at first, then generalizes the research situation of the enterprise information security at home and abroad and summaries the similarities and differences about the research. This article also analyzes the importance and significance of improving e-commerce enterprises information security. On the basis of the above theory, the author uses the questionnaire survey method, from the perspective of employee information security behavior to analyze the affect factors of enterprise information safety. Meanwhile, the author proves the availability of this questionnaire through the reliability and validity analysis, verifies the hypothesis through the Pearson coefficient analysis and regression analysis which can make the analysis more persuasively. The article bases on the internal and external environment of enterprise, from the perspective of employees to analyze the factors which affect the enterprise information safety. External environment is including social environment and enterprise environment; internal environment is including intellectual ability, information literacy, psychological factors and information security awareness of employees. Then the author builds the model, put forwards the hypothesis, analyzes the problems and put. forwards the corresponding solutions. Finally, according to some excellent enterprises which better on information security work abroad and combines the situation of our enterprise, the author puts forward some constructive opinions.
