Technology Strategic Cooperation In The Value Chain

Under the background of economic globalization, technical strategic cooperation is an important way for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Understanding what is technology strategic cooperation, the operating mechanism of technology strategic cooperation and the factors that affect the enterprise to carry out technical cooperation is an important way to improve the success rate of enterprise technology strategy cooperation.Since the late 20th century, Chinese enterprises have begun to actively seek technical strategic cooperation o Chinese enterprises have achieved initial results, in the development process also exposed some problems, some technology enterprises do not effectively carry out strategic cooperation. This paper selects four representative local enterprises in Zhejiang as the object of study. Base on the Resource View, this paper uses a multiple case study method to explore the Mechanism and influencing factors of the enterprises technology strategy cooperation.Through the analysis, this paper builds a model of technology strategic cooperation mechanism based on "Resource Based View——Technology strategy cooperation——The relational rent——Sustainable competitive advantage". In addition, through the exploratory analysis this paper finds that the influence factors of technical strategy cooperation are mainly including:the resource complementarity, cooperation willingness, accumulation capacity, risk aversion, rent allocation mechanism. And through the discussion combining the case and the relationship rent theory, this paper gets the way of obtaining sustainable competitive advantage in the technology strategy cooperation. By summarizing the findings, this paper proposes the corresponding recommendations. Suggests that those enterprises which have no technical strategic cooperation should seek complementary advantages of resources actively and enhance their technological capabilities so that acquire technical strategic cooperation. At the same time, this paper suggests that those enterprises which have technical strategic cooperation should regulate cooperation process actively from a relational rent theory perspective) so that cooperation can be further strengthened.
