Personal automobile consumption loan usually refers to the consumer by mortgage, pledge, insurance companies or third parties to guarantee the condition, etc., to apply for car loans from financial institutions can offer auto loa n business, to pay for car models, then people paying automobile consumption credit loans to financial institutions owned by the behavior of a consumer loan servicing. In recent years, as C hina’s economy sustained steady and rapid development, as well as the adjustment of industrial structure and consumption upgrade, the automotive industry has entered a phase of rapid growth in popularity, relatively speaking C hinese automobile consumption credit loan business has experienced a process as starting, developing, cooling, recovering etc complex tortuous course. Given C hina’s social credit system is not yet fully established, associated with personal automobile consumer credit laws and regulations are not perfect and other factors, financial lending institutions still lack a system of effective risk prevention mechanism, risk has gradually become a constraining China’s automobile consumption credit business bottlenecks.This paper begins with the background of the entire automotive industry, transition from the automobile industry to auto finance, and automotive credit consumption loan which is the most important piece of auto finance. By comparing the current situation of domestic and foreign automobile consumption credit, reflecting C hina’s automobile consumption credit services main single, limited financial resources, the credit system is not perfect, loan cumbersome, inadequate supervision of executive power and other issues, this series of questions, directly or indirectly, improve the car credit risk.
