The Research About Financing Lease Of Small And Medium-sized E Nterprise In Our Country

Financing lease originated in the United States, it is the new financing model for economic development needs of the United States after the second world war. With the rapid development of social economy and significant improving of productivity levels, the progress of science and technology, the renewal speed of equipment has greatly increased, the update cycle has shortened constantly, enterprises feel themselves to buy equipment will seriously damage the company’s cash flow and operating condition.However with the advantages of improving asset turnover rate, the enterprise assets and liabilities structure, and increasing the fixed assets, the utilization of funds, saving taxes, increasing productivity, improving the structure of existing assets, and promoting the application of new technology, reducing liabilities, etc., financing lease has been developed rapidly.Financing lease in our country began to appear in the 1980 s, after 30 years of development, although with some development, but because the law is not sound, regulation is absent, funding is inadequate, risk assessment and management is relatively backward, financing lease is leading to the slow development in our country.Scholars at home and abroad studied the financing lease deepening and introduced the domestic and foreign basic theory and development experience of financial leasing in recent years.Domestic and foreign scholars generally agree that the financing lease has a broad market prospect and plays a crucial role in the process of economic development, and gradually into the companies case analysis, study the advanced experience and the existing problems of the micro economy. Based on China’s financial leasing development reality, this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of the financing lease development at home and abroad,and provides reliable experience and advice for our country.This paper mainly divided into five parts:the first part analyzes the research background, purpose and significance reality of small and medium-sized enterprise financing lease in our country,and the financing lease research results and dynamic at home and abroad. The second part introduces the concept of the financing lease, and then analyses the advantages of the small and medium-sized enterprises using financing lease, and the net present value method to analyzing the advantage of financing lease, enlighten the necessity of developing financing lease in China. The third part expounds mainly the reference to our country of the experience of developed economies.The fourth part analyzes the present situation on support the financing lease of small and medium-sized enterprise in our country, through comparative study of the tax system, accounting system, legal system and the risk management, analyzes the reasons of the lagging of development. The fifth part puts forward suggestions for the financing lease development of small and medium-sized enterprise in our country according to the above research.
