CITIC Bank Accounting Operational Risk Management Research

The banking is a high risk industry, in order to achieve the business target, must focus on the internal control on the risk prevention. While the bank accounting is the basis of realization of bank business, compared with the overall bank risk control, it is self-evident importance of accounting operation risk control. The current research on the accounting operational risk at home and abroad is still inrelatively early stage, most are for operational risk and non accounting. In the study of bank accounting operating risk, the majority there isno closer to the actual phenomenon, and can’t guide commercial banks in practical work to enhance the level of operational risk management accounting.In order to find out the effective improvement methods and measures, this papermakes a preliminary study on the accounting operational risk.The first chapter, mainly elaborates the results of the present research on operational risk accounting at home and abroad, and research purpose and significance of this article. The second chapter, elaborated from the commercial bank accounting operation risk definition, types, features and harm, theaccounting operational risk management and prevention of important conclusion.The third chapter, to CITIC Bank as an example to analyze the management status of CITIC Bank. The fourth chapter, by analyzing the current situation of China CITIC bank management, summarized the currently CITIC in operational risk management accounting problems. The fifth chapter, in view of the existingproblems, put forward the optimization and improvement suggestions.Hope this article conducts the research to the CITIC Bank Accounting operating risk management status after the optimization, the CITIC Bank and other commercial banks, and even help in the operational risk management accounting. At the same time, also hope to take this opportunity, cause peopleunderstand and pay attention to the accounting operational risk, improve and further promote the bank risk control level.
