Research On The Inventory Policy With A Special Demand Process

In the inventory problems, scholars research the optimal ordering strategy from different points of views.For example the demands, the number of goods, or lead time, etc. And the most important in the inventory policy is to predict the demands accurately.There are many species about demands process,demands of continuous uniform or stochastic process with jump are used usually. I think the demand of stochastic process with jump and replenishment is a random variable is the best.So in this paper, the inventory system with the demands which are made up of a constant continuous demand and a compound Poisson jump diffusion demand process is discussed.And two kinds of situations that lead time obey uniform distribution and Poisson distribution are considered,then two simulation applications are given.First in chapter 1 and 2,we describe the background and significance of the topic,.the basic concepts of inventory problems.Then in chapter 3, the demands which are made up of a constant continuous demand and a compound Poisson jump diffusion demand process and stochastic lead times are considered.We construct the optimize inventory model of multi-merchandise under the condition of minimized expected cost.Then we give an algorithm when lead time is uniform distribution, and we have the Newton iterative formula of the algorithm.Moreover,a simulation application is given which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.In chapter 4,the inventory system with(s,S) ordering policy,demands made up of a constant continuous demand and a compound Poisson jump diffusion demand process and the lead time obeys the Poisson distribution is discussed.Under these condition,some properties are analyzed. According to these properties, the objective function is given.Finally a simulation example is given.Finally in chapter 5,we make a summary for this article,and put forward the prospect of further work.
