| Nowadays, economic globalization getting more and more popular, logistics cost control over Chinese herbal medicine has become the key to achieveing the advantage position for the medicinal materials enterprises in Northern Anhui. However, China’s logistics levels of Chinese herbal medicine are far behind them. At present an urgent problem needed to be solved in the development process of Chinese herbal medicine industry is to improve the level of Chinese herbal medicine logistics cost control. With the development of economy and medical level, the social demand for Chinese herbal medicine has become more and more, but the Chinese herbal medicine logistics cost has seriously restricted the Chinese herbal medicine in the international market competitiveness.Through the control of medicine logistics cost, firstly, the medicinal materials enterprises can save medicine logistics costs, thereby reducing the total cost of Chinese herbal medicine products; Secondly, through using the logistics resource reasonably as well as improving logistics efficiency, they can make the Chinese herbal medicine products dealers to obtain the maximum economic profit with minimum cost; Finally, it also can reduce the loss of Chinese herbal medicine products in logistics. Therefore, logistics cost control of the implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine, medicinal materials to reduce logistics cost, has very important theory model and practical significance, improve the performance of logistics.Based on the theory of the logistics cost control, this paper summarizes domestic and foreign logistics management and the research into the Chinese herbal medicine logistics cost control. Through the analysis of characteristic of Chinese medicine in Northern Anhui logistics products and logistics operation mode, it summarizes the factors affecting control medicine logistics cost in North Anhui.This paper introduces the cost method and the control theory of evaluation work and connects logistics activities with operations. It determines the standard of cost control through the cost budget of Chinese herbal medicines as well as the analysis and improvement of the logistics operation. In the course of the actual operation of Chinese herbal medicine logistics, the enterprises can control the logistics activities to ensure the logistics cost control to get close to the standards. Finally, through the analysis of the difference between actual cost and budget, companies can determine the cause of the differences; provide reference for production control standard.This paper takes Northern Anhui enterprises engaged in Chinese herbal medicine products wholesale as an example.
