| In the 1990 s, there was large-scale and catastrophic financial crisis which outbroke in Asian. The one characteristic of financial crisis is infectiousness. And soon it had a negative impact in China’s economy. At that time,our financial system was not very perfect under less mature market economy. The four state-owned commercial banks accumulated a large number of non-performing assets after years of development.In case of outbreaking financial crisis and maintain the stable development of market economy, the Chinese government set up four state-owned financial asset management companies called Cinda, Huarong, Orient, Great Wall in 1999. The four asset management companies was established to maximize the preservation and recovery of non-performing assets of four state-owned commercial banks.These companies have been given the particular policy and legal means which can be very effective in helping to accelerate the disposal of non-performing assets.Also it was beneficial to the reform of state-owned enterprise and state-owned commercial bank and prevention of financial risks.The operating performance of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. which can be referred CCAMC has been the best in four financial asset management companies.After decades of business development, CCAMC has successfully completed the task of policy non-performing assets disposal and decided to conduct commercialization transformation.CCAMC has successfully listed in Hong Kong in December,which is the first domestic asset management company successfully listed.To some extent it means the success of state-owned asset management company’s business transformation.Current other three asset management company has also decided to conduct business transformation, as well as some local asset management companies.The success of CCAMC commercialization transformation may set a model for other asset management companies.It take CCAMC commercialization transformation process for the case in this paper.Firstly, it introduces the relevant research on asset management companies at home and abroad and points out the structural framework,research methods and innovation of this thesis.Secondly, it introduces the general theories about AMC and specific issues of our asset management company commercialization transformation.It also has a brief introduction of CCAMC several transformation stages.Thirdly, it analyze the achievements of CCAMC commercialization transformation which focus on its business model and competitive. Finally,It put forward reasonable opinions and recommendations based on the commercial success of the transition CCAMC which can also apply for our country asset management company.In the context of case studies,focus on analyzing the adopted business model and competitiveness of CCAMC to draw the reason for success can provides a good reference model.It can also be used as a reflection of CCAMC. |
