Study On The Relationship Between Urbanization And Economic Growth In Liaoning Province

After the human economic and social development to the mature stage can make all kinds of factors of production together on spatial location,the place where various elements concentrate is city, this phenomenon is called urbanization.The level and stage of Urbanization and the degree of m aturity of its economic and social developm ent is closely related and they promote each other, because the series of factors which can cause economic and social growth, such as capital, technology, specialized division of labor, only achieve the optimal efficiency in the city.It is now accepted that, the city is the main economic and social growth space platform and plays a role of engine in the process of economic growth. Liaoning province,as the northeast old industrial base, is an important part of northeast econom ic zone in China, whose developm ent condition has an im portant influence to Specializati on and sustainable healthy developm ent of regional economy. Urbanization in liaoning province has experi enced from fast to slow and the process of steady developm ent. As a whole,the urbaniza tion level In Liaoning province is higher than the na tional average o verall, but how is the exact inte raction between urbanization and econo mic growth, there is still no litera ture make a analysis.Therefore, the test and analysis on the relationship between the two from the perspective of e mpirical test has a pr actical significance to guide to objective conditions:If urbanization of Li aoning has a prom oting effect on its econom ic growth, development of urbanization in Liaoning province should be priority to the consideration, and then we can promote economic growth through the urbanization developm ent;If urbanization development is driven by econo mic growth, then we should focus on economic growth; If the relationship between urban development and economic growth is the two-way adjustm ent interaction, we should pay attention to coordinate the relationship between them. Clarify the above problem, which is beneficial to promote the development of Liaoning province progress, and vigorously prom ote urbanization, to adjust measures to local conditions and reasonable to accelerate economic growth.
