The price is the core of market mechanism, interest rate is the price of capital, and therefore, the interest rate is not only the asset pricing base, at the same time but also the key of feed resources use efficiency. The core of financial liberalization is the marketization of interest rate, if our country must carry on the reform of financial deepening, must realize the marketization of interest rate. Interest rate marketization reform means that interest rate decisioned by the market,it is the process of market players to decide interest rates on their own. It is not only solve the problem of financial reform itself, but also an effective measure which through financial reforms to promote economic and social development and stability. In the last 30 years of the 20 th century,financial liberalization tide sweeping the world,many countries have tried the interest rate marketization reform in different ways,China also launched out the interest rate marketization reform at the end of the 20 th century.Nearly 20 years of development, interest rate marketization in our country has made great achievements. Why our country continues to promote the reform of marketization of interest rate? What difficulties will also exist in reform? What kind of impacts will have on the macro and micro stakeholders? What kind of institution arrangement will be in the future? Many researchers have done some research in different aspects, this article research is helpful to deepen the understanding and the understanding of problems of interest rate marketization.Researchers have reached a consensus for China’s implementation of interest rate marketization,but the practice is comparatively slow. The progress of reform has been slowed at a large extent, not only because of our country’s stage of development and economic reform path, but also is affected by the system and various interest groups.Interest rate marketization reform is a systematic project, which will affect the macro and micro interest subjects. At the same time, because of China’s existing institutional environment and property right is not clear, the competition between interest groups affect the reform. Therefore, study the effects of interest rate marketization to each related interest subjects and various interest entities should takestrategy is necessary.Nowadays the reform topic increasingly popular, how to let go the RMB deposit interest rates furtherly very important. The innovation of this paper is to analyze main interests related to interest rate marketization reform. Through analyzing the question in this article, I put forward my own opinions,in order to correct understanding and make my own judgment and contribution for continuely pushing forward interest rate marketization reform.This article is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance, the research framework and content, and innovation and deficiency. The second part summarizes the research status of interest rate liberalization at home and abroad. The third part analyzes the reform process, the necessity, the feasibility of the marketization of interest rate in our country. The fourth part is the related problems of the marketization of interest rate and the reasons in our country. The fifth part expounds each related interest subjects of interest rate marketization reform, and the game analysis between the various stakeholders.
