Small microenterprises now play a more and more important role in the economic development, which can alleviate employment pressure and maintain social stability, however the financial problems of small microenterprises have become more prominent increasingly. The relevant departments of the State Council make a series of policies to support the development of small microenterprises, which much attention should be paid. Commercial banks have grown more fierce in the circumstance of Interest Rate Marketization, small microenterprises are gradually become a new growth point of profit. It is a need also strategic choice to develop small microenterprises to adjust the structure of customers, improve the core competitiveness to reduce credit risk and expand the space of profit. It is difficult to manage credit risk of small microenterprises as its imperfect management system and family management in mode. So it is urgent to solve how to manage credit risk of small microenterprises effectively.This paper analysis on the small microenterprise credit risk management of Suzhou Bank Yanghe branch is accorded to "find questions-analysis-solve the problem " ideas. First through the Suzhou Bank Yang he branch credit risk case of small microenterprise, including the introduction of Suzhou Bank, small microenterprise credit of Suzhou Bank, small microenterprise credit of Yang he branch and the relevant risk management measures of Yang he branch. On the basis, analysis the problems and reasons of the risk management of small microenterprise credit. At last make some measures, include improve mechanism of risk management, cultivate a healthy culture of credit risk management, improve assessment and index system and develop compatible products.
