The Design And Implementation Of Agricultural Supply-chain Financerisk Monitoring System

So far domestic financial institutions, including ABC, have not yet worked out systemic business services solutions for agricultural supply-chain finance. With the development of industrialization of agriculture, the agricultural supply chain has begun to take shape, which provides conditions for developing agricultural supply-chain financial service. Now some agricultural supply-chain financial products has shown in financial market, but it is still using traditional credit risk assessment tools + some constraints to access loans, which do not meet the supply-chain management principles.The main contents of this paper are as following:(1)Classified and graded the agricultural supply chains based on the logistics characteristics shown during the process of production, processing and marketing. Based Delphi method to define the standard of each kind of agricultural supply chain, and construct the basic agricultural supply chain finance business knowledge database.(2)Build a kind of agricultural supply chain financial risk monitoring sysyterm model based on evidence theory, with the use of artificial intelligence inference engine technology and computer network application development technology. Supply chain finance risk assessment key module has been designed based on evidence theory, and the agricultural supply chain financial risks monitoring basic tools oriented in supply chain and based on the combine of C / S and B/S structure.(3)Based on the pre-constructed agricultural supply chain financial risk evaluation index system,risk assessment models and agricultural supply chain finance business knowledge database to determine the parameters of risk assessment model. Design active risk monitoring and early warning systems to verify the performance and availability of agricultural supply chain finance monitoring system.The monitoring model and financialdatabase in this research are innovative basic works for the development of agricultural products supply-chain finance business, and also provide a kind of auxiliary decision support toolto help implement the strategyof "issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area”.
