The nuclear Property Services Co. Ltd. after the recent property disp utes, this is mainly because in the property services to be truly "custome r satisfaction" is put in the primary position, when dealing with the pro blem is not from the customer’s perspective and point of view, now impro ve customer become a bottleneck of the development of the nuclear prop erty service limited company of property service satisfaction. This requir es the nuclear property companies establish scientific,effective customer s atisfaction evaluation index system, taking surveys and othermeans to co mmunicate with customers, timely recognition and understanding of custo mer needs, which are targeted to improve the service consciousness,impr ove service quality, so as to make the company get long-term developm ent.Based on the collection of domestic and foreign about Property Ma nagement Company customer satisfaction related data, analysis and the de velopment path of the inductive Property Management Company custom er satisfaction. Customer satisfaction in property service limited compan y to enhance the research as an example, the design of the nuclear prope rty service limited company customer satisfaction measurement index sy stem frame, design the questionnaire on this basis, the analysis of the sur vey results. Through the subjective and objective weighting method respe ctively, weight of each index, recognition and understanding of customer needs, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to survey coll ected data for analysis, in order to evaluate the satisfaction degree of cus tomers of the nuclear Property Services Co. Put forward the nuclear prop erty service limited company customer satisfaction improvement suggestion finally in the green service, reception service, staff quality, service co ncept, service remedy defects, performance appraisal etc.
