Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Township Enterprises In Leizhou City, Baisha Town

Township enterprises are the main force of China’s rural economic development,as an important part of the national economy, its development is affected by many factors at home and abroad. After the reform and opening up, China’s economy continues to enter in a new level, has made great achievements at the same time, the rapid development of township enterprises in the national economy, has created a myth. Baisha Town, close to the sea, is China’s first batch of open coastal city--Zhanjiang City, township enterprises started relatively early. Up to now, the township enterprises have become the biggest advantage of Baisha Town, the output value of more than billion yuan, accounting for more than half of the total output value of industry and agriculture, ranks first in the city town, Baisha Town Economy "half of the country’s". Although the development of township enterprises in the town in the top row, but the development of township enterprises in Baisha Town, has not yet reached the due level, development potential is very great. At the same time, as the national poor area, Baisha Town, the development of township enterprises has a long way to go. Based on the analysis of Baisha Town, township enterprises, finally gives some policy suggestions from the macro and micro two aspects, has a certain theoretical significance.The main content of this paper includes, the first part introduces the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad and the main content of this paper and innovation; the second part introduces the related concepts of township enterprises and the main characteristics and the related theory; the third part analyzes the current situation of the development of township enterprises of Baisha Town,Baisha Town; the fourth part has carried on the SWOT analysis to Baisha Town,township enterprises, then according to the SWOT analysis, strategy matrix; the fifth part analyzes the development of township enterprises in domestic relevant professional experience, lessons from the town and draw relevant revelation; the sixth part puts forward the development of township enterprises in Baisha Town policy recommendations from the macro, micro two angles; seventh the part is a conclusion.This paper mainly uses the system analysis method, statistical analysis method,comparative research method, empirical research method, through the search data,data processing, data analysis, find out the problem of a series of processes, and finally come to the conclusion. The research on township enterprises mainly in the macro, micro and for the town, is the study of people are not familiar with the town and township enterprises is less and less. In this paper, by means of Baisha Town,township enterprises, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of SWOT analysis of the four aspects, find out the bottleneck of its development,according to the experience of the development of domestic existing professional town, put forward some feasible policy recommendations, provide a reference for the future development. At the same time, through the analysis and study of the development of township enterprises, Baisha Town Village, provide a reference for the development of Leizhou City, Zhanjiang City, and the surrounding region as well as China’s township enterprises.
