Research On Operational Risk Management Of Agricultural Bank NingXia Branch After Business Mode Reform

In 2008, the Agricultural Bank of China determined the direction of reform for the operation of the platform construction and process reengineering as the center. The operational system reform of Agricultural Bank which placed emphasis on the "Focus on Homework", "Centralized Authorization " and "Centralized Monitoring" has established since 2010. By 2013, the Ningxia Agricultural Bank has primarily built the professional, centralized and normalized operation model and the reconstruction of the operating system caused great changes on the business process model. Meanwhile, it unified standards for the business process; its counter operational management level has been promoted; its operation processing effect is significantly improved and its comprehensive results highlighted increasingly. With the operation mode reform, the operation process, the operation system and the organization structure also changed accordingly. Under the new situation and the new change of operation risk, the Ningxia Agricultural Bank must strengthen the management efforts of the risk in the whole process, innovate means of risk control, and ascend key to risk control ability, thus, which can promote the business development to be healthy and sustainable.This paper selects operational risks in commercial bank operations as the main topic background. Through the introduction of the operation mode of commercial banks at home and abroad, the author summarizes the relevant theories of commercial bank operation risk management research and reveals the importance and urgency of the operating risk control management after the commercial banks reform, which leads to the meaning of the topic in this paper. Based on the Ningxia Agricultural Bank as an example, the paper summarizes the manifestation pattern of all kinds of operation risks after its reform of concentrated operations mode, studies the causes of risks and the meaning of operational risk control strengthened. Finally, in order to provide practical references for the Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank, which can comprehensively strengthen the prevention and control of operational risk management, the author puts forward the countermeasure of prevention and control.
