| When the arriving of knowledge-based economy ages, knowledge management causes the concern of the business enterprise more and more. The knowledge capital has already become the key point for a business enterprise to rely for existence and keep and create the core competence. So the quest of knowledge sharing problem is one of the most important focus for a business enterprise.This papers research the knowledge-sharing issues from the perspective of manufacturing enterprises. Combing related research in knowledge managementã€knowledge sharing and incentive system, firstly I analysis the definition of core concepts, such as enterprise knowledge sharing; I used " knowledge management" theory to describe the "knowledge sharing" undertake situation of Henan Province Yunlong Group Ltd.; Integrated use the management, economics and other multi-disciplinary theories and methods to explore the existing problems of Henan Province Yunlong Group Ltd.’s ‘knowledge-sharing’ and analyze its causes. Then I designed strategies to improve ‘knowledge-sharing’ of theHenan Province Yunlong Group Ltd., from the ducting of culture, the driving of encouragement, the guarantee of system and etc. Finally, the paper is summarized and prospects.Henan Province Yunlong Group Ltd.demonstrated the knowledge-sharing process of implementation of a manufacturing company, with a view to help more manufacturing enterprises to establish knowledge-sharing mechanisms and carry out knowledge-sharing activities to enhance the performance of enterprise. |
